From playing in tobacco fields as a 4-year-old to rising through the ranks of a Cuban cigar-rolling apprenticeship, Barbara emerged as a renowned master cigar roller. We are proud to have Barbara on board as a creator of world-class Cayman cigars while sharing in our commitment to helping those in need.

Maria brings over twenty years of cigar-rolling experience to Cayman Cigar Company. A visit to the Cuban Partagas factory in 1997 sparked her passion for cigarmaking and led to her becoming a master roller. We are honored that Maria applies her exquisite craft to Cayman cigars while aiding our mission to provide a helping hand where needed most.

A 2018 graduate of Seattle University’s Masters of Nonprofit Leadership program, Scott leads the charge to build lasting partnerships with charitable organizations and develop strategies which advance the Haugh Foundation’s mission. With decades of experience as a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, Scott specializes in solution based, entrepreneurial approaches to addiction and mental illness, helping to show even the most marginalized a path to a better life.
